Main applications:

Induction heating coil for high/medium frequency induction furnace. coil winding made from high-quality brass, not easy to break, easy welding and water cooling.

Each turn of the induction coil through four kinds of high pressure insulation processing, ensure no ignition and discharge in the induction process.

Copper nut stretching into the plastic poles. The copper screw and plastic are separated by phlogopite casing and phlogopite screw pad.Both sides of the plastic poles affixed to phlogopite plate, eliminating ignition and discharge of sleeve top.

The coaxial electrode and the induction coil are connected, enables the simple structure, and  reliability, security can be improved.
